Head of Product - Vision Zero

Federal, state, and local agencies are increasingly concerned with reducing these numbers through more funding and better and more coordinated planning, enforcement, and infrastructure improvements. Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the business through both strategic and hands-on guidance.
• Assure that we are the market leader in transportation safety.
• Lead and inspire the cross-functional team of UX, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Customer success, Marketing to meet short and long-term business and product objectives.
• Lead engagement externally with our product partners.
• Be hands on, analyze customer and competitive data, and write product specifications with a clear hypothesis and measurable success metrics – it keeps us grounded.
• Be responsible for communicating all aspects of your product to the entire company including the Executive Leadership Team.

This is the right job for you if you:

• Have experience within the transportation safety industry with a large network within the Vision Zero community.
• Have experience running a successful cross-functional business unit or company technological innovation at its core.
• Have a passion for improving traffic safety through data driven approaches.
• Have experience managing SaaS products for Public Sector customers.
• Understand how to turn big data assets into effective insights, particularly in a visual framework.
• Get excited about tackling big, complicated, and often ambiguous problems.
• Are comfortable driving commitment across the company and making timely decisions.
• Have good UX instincts - you won't need to do your own design, but you'll need to work effectively with your design team.
• Enjoy thinking analytically - you won't be expected to write SQL queries, but you'll need to work effectively with your engineering peers.
• Are super smart but do not think you’re the smartest in the room (i.e. you're genuine and humble).
• Have 5+ years of customer facing technology Product Management or governmental Program Management experience.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000, including base salary and bonus. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. INRIX may modify the pay range at any time.
