Responsibilities:Job Summary: (One to 3 sentences describing the job)Assist in the continuous effort to streamline and improve Navy travel through improving system usability, program implementation, development of DTS Training for ongoing operations and emerging issues, monitor and increase system usage, Metric development and reporting, implement processes for using DTS for travel of IAs and mobilization of reserve forces, support DTS data calls, FIAR, DoD and Navy audit support, develop and implement corrective actions on findings, DTS travel data mining and reporting, develop and deliver via classroom training sessions on the tools to support DTS business processes including the Centrally Billed Account (CBA) Module and the Auto Reconciliation Process as well as the Debt Management (DMM) process. Job Duties: (List core responsibilities and job duties)All aspects of Centrally Billed Account (CBA) to include; processing, Auto reconciliation, support with development and... implementation, customer service and Training classes.Mandatory Skill Requirements (must have): 10 Plus years Experience in the following:DTSCBA ModuleDebt ManagementExtensive knowledge of JTR & FMR.NROWS and Import / Export functionality as well as STARS, SABRS, and Navy ERP Accounting systems.Working knowledge of all other Navy Accounting Systems.Extensive experience using Data-Mining Tools and Business Intelligence Software applications to include the Business Intelligence Reporting Tool (BIRT).Desired Skill Requirements:Education/Equivalent: Bachelor degreeBachelors Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Business or 10 yrs.
