INAMAX is a management consulting firm operating multiple gaming and retail companies across several states. We offer retailers the expertise needed to add or improve current terminal gaming operations, such as COAM, VLT, and VGT. We help our partners successfully manage risk while adding a highly profitable revenue stream and leveraging underutilized space.
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive with experience selling technology, gaming equipment, and/or other services, primarily in-person and via phone or web-based presentations. You will be responsible for client retention while continuously hunting and closing new businesses.
The Account Executive is also responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with our independent market by connecting with key business owners and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market. Account Executives also identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including product development, operations, service departments, and marketing) to improve the entire customer experience.
This position will require frequent travel throughout Georgia. (Company car provided).
- Learn our segment and product/service offerings
- Present products to prospective clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Identify market trends, adapt engagement strategy, and development of competitive selling strategies
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Create new sales opportunities through networking referrals and cold calling and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Capability to uncover and develop the customer's decision criteria, analyze competitive offerings, and influence the decision criteria to their advantage
- Possess deep insights into customer needs, with the proven ability to define and provide marketing & analytics solutions
- Advocate for and own the customer and player experience, including challenges with current solutions and vendors/partners
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data updated in Salesforce CRM
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs and retain their business
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Understands regional market dynamics

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Monitoring actual performance against the strategic account business plan and asking for help when needed
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Other sales duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive
- 5+ years of experience in a job in the technology, gaming, or retail markets as a Sales Account Executive or in other sales/customer service roles.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven problem solver
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license and a clean driving record to drive a company vehicle before the start date in the position
- Bilingual is required
- Competitive base salary (based on experience)
