Our client’s business solutions protect your Professional and General Liabilities, covering your Commercial Property and Vehicles and internal Directors and Operators coverage.

Our client also provides Construction and Bonding Insurance solutions. Group Benefits and Retirement solutions are also services that are provided. Now, our client is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join their growing organization. We’re looking for you! Commercial Account Manager In this role, you are responsible for providing technical and administrative coordination on all aspects of the assigned book of business, including client services and marketing activities.   Specifically, you will:  * Handle and service an assigned book of accounts. * Receive and process client requests and reviews documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals, or cancellations. * Coordinate client information to initiate renewal process. * First level review to ensure apparent client needs have been met. * Service existing programs, define routine risk exposure and provide assistance on general policy coverage and client servicing. * Prepare client service summaries, program reports and client survey information. * Review/process endorsements, cover notes and certificates of insurance to ensure their accuracy and completion. * Report claims and follow up with the adjuster and insured to ensure the claims handling is in order.     You’ll be great at this job if you are:    Independent – you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder and can manage your time effectively.   A good leader – you work well with others and can organize a multi-faceted project.   A problem solver – you troubleshoot with ease and are a resourceful and quick learner.  Qualifications include: * Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience. * Level 1 or 2 General Insurance licence required. * Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office. * Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.   The Details  This is a full time, permanent role located in Calgary, AB.
