Job Description 

 

Summary/objective 

Impact Property Solutions is searching for an experienced Customer Service professional who will assist our customers and our Sales Representatives in resolving questions related to the countertop installation services provided by our company. The Countertop Customer Service Rep is required to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Impact. In this position you will be expected to acquire a thorough understanding of Impact’s countertop products and services, policies, and procedures.  In this role you will coordinate and collaborate with our Installation manager, Sales Representative, Customer Support Services, Branch Manager, and Inventory Manager to ensure Impact Floors provides a smooth and satisfactory experience for our customers.   

 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Scheduling measure & install for all CT orders
    1. Taking calls and email orders from reps and customers
    2. Ensuring that the schedule is not over capacity for measure and install.
    3. Notifying Ops when capacity has been met and come up with a solution to evenly spread-out install/measures
    4. Maintaining schedule updates from sales reps and customers.
    5. Noting any changes done to either measure or installs. 
  • Accurately enter orders as they are from the bid/estimate
    1. Must work accurately with data entry.
    2. Entering measure and fabrication dates on Moraware.
    3. Creating work orders for the fabrication and install team on RFMS.
    4. Identifying discrepancies that may show up on the order
      • Slab counts
      • Material/sink discrepancies
      • Price discrepancies
    5. Bridge the gap between CS and Ops
      1. Assisting with ETA’s
      2. Assisting with job statuses
      3. Identifying measure and install dates for customers and sales reps
      4. Making the necessary changes to templates or account notes.
  • Bridge the gap between CS and Operations

  • Coordinate and communicate customer concerns with appropriate internal departments.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Become expert in utilization of all required software applications need to perform the job which may include:
    • CRM
    • RFMS
    • MS Office
    • ZOHO
    • DOMO

 

Physical demands

  • This position is moderately sedentary with the majority of the work done on a computer in an office environment. Regular communications via e-mail and phone is necessary.
  • Enclosed office (climate controlled) for this position is located within the warehouse
  • Warehouse facility is not climate controlled and may experience extreme temperatures.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Required education and experience

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Minimum Two years’ experience as Customer Service Representative 
  • Valid Driver’s license required
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

 

Preferred education and experience

  • Multifamily Industry knowledge is a plus
  • Stone Countertop Industry experience highly favored
  • RFMS Systems Experience is a plus

 

Work authorization/security clearance requirements

Must be authorized to work anywhere in the United States.
