Job Description
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
• Must be available to be on call 24 hours a day for one week out of the month
• Fix and maintain mechanical equipment and units
• Tasks include: plumbing, painting, flooring/floor repair, electrical repairs, etc
• Respond to work orders
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of plumbing preferred
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems and structural systems
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Ability to follow direction and work independently
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Pay is 18-20/Hr
Work week is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday Full time
