IMKO Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a financial  company located in Sioux Falls, SD. The ideal candidate would have previous administrative experience and extreme attention to detail.Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:~ High School diploma or GED required.~ Some post-secondary education  preferred.~ Experience working in collections, compliance, legal, or health insurance industry (ies) is great but not required.~ Extremely organized. ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.~ Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.~ Strict confidentiality is essential.~ Able to pass a pre-employment background and credit check.Benefits  of the Administrative Assistant:~ Full benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and more.Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:~ Assist the legal and compliance departments with administrative needs.~ Respond to consumer disputes in an appropriate manner.~ Assist with the process that  determines which disputes are thoroughly investigated.~ Communicate appropriately any observed potential compliance risks or issues.~ Assist with the verification of contact information and employment.~ Maintain legal files and documents as needed.~ Data entry.~ Maintain spreadsheets.~ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.~ Monday - Friday: 8 am to 5 pm typically~ Pay: $17 -$20/hr DOE
