Customer Service Representative

~ Take inbound calls from outside representatives and clients
~ Open new files and assist in the initial processing of all new claims
~ Assist with the answering of questions regarding active claims
~ Keep accurate documentation of all phone calls
Job Requirements:
~ Have a sense of customer service
~ Call center experience is a plus, but not required
~ Previous customer service (retail, service industry, etc.) is required if you have no previous call center experience
~ Comfortable with computers, dual screens, and running multiple programs at the same time
~ Quick learner
~Self- motivated
A post-offer, pre-employment background check and drug screen are required
