The ideal candidate is preferably a Florida licensed real estate broker who is an excellent communicator, possesses marketing expertise and has an impressive and proven track record of building and managing successful real estate teams in the luxury real estate segment of the market.
This talented individual will be responsible for overseeing the IMI Florida sales projects and real estate brokerage teams with ultimate accountability to the profitability of this sector of the company. Applicants for consideration need to have a proven track record for being highly successful and relentless at hitting real estate sales goals. This job requires excellent sales team coaching skills and an overall passion for the real estate business.
Our Managing Director will oversee daily sales activity and support sales leaders in our Florida real estate sales operations.
Key areas of responsibility will be:
- Support sales execution with special attention to supporting our developers.
- Design and implement new and effective sales strategies.
- Ability to assist sales leaders in closing important transactions.
- Manage and deliver consistent achievement of budgeted sales goals.
- Recruit talented sales staff.
Managing Director is required to have several years of experience in luxury real estate sales and marketing, with preferably some experience in Florida, and be able to demonstrate a successful sales record of high-level skills.
Managing Director will spend the majority of working hours onsite at Florida projects and sales offices. Being able to work independently while meeting with team members and developers is essential.
Managing Director Compensation is designed to reward top producing leadership with a generous compensation package heavily anchored in sales overrides on closed real estate transactions.
