Our Client Engagement team is responsible for maintaining and creating relationships within designated clients and supporter. This position reports directly to our Client Engagement Coordinator.
• Expand and strengthen our enrollment services.
• Plan and execute community meetings and other activities. • Create and strengthen current partnerships
• Identify, cultivate, and train new leaders within communities in order to bring additional support
• Track all interactions and engagement activity
• 1+ years of experience in some combination of customer/client engagement, campaigns, or related field
• Results-orientation and history of executing clearly defined metrics
• High-level relationship building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations for both the quality and speed of work.
