The work under this Agreement will focus on our client assisting GCIO with development, maintenance, and enhancements in an Agile Environment for several benefit systems, which could include the following:

• Federal Case Management Tool (FCMT)
• Flight, On-the-job Training, Correspondence, Apprenticeship System (FOCAS)
• Insurance Payment System (IPS)
• Loan Guarantee Funding (LGY)
• Veterans Assistance Discharge System (VADS)
• Veterans Services Network Production (VETSNET)
• Veterans Services Network Batch (VETSNET Batch)
• VA-Online Certification of Enrollment (VA-ONCE)
• Veterans Tracking Application (VTA)
• Web Enabled Approval Management System (WEAMS)
• Work Study Management Systems (WSMS)

Support of the PWS includes the following:

• Support daily Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 tickets.
• Provide application support, application enhancements and production support.
• Conduct research, analyze information, and perform analysis to support the delivery of defect corrections.
• Troubleshoot complex issues.
• Develop scripts and other utilities to implement production data fixes.
• Triage issues and update Service Now to track tickets for individuals and team.
• Create, monitor, and optimize database performance utilizing advanced performance tuning skills.
• Automate recurring database tasks and develop standards, guidelines, and best practices
