Join the friendly team as the Assistant General Manager! The AGM assists the General Manager in daily operations to ensure efficient and profitable operation by performing various duties, or through subordinate supervisors. Duties include but are not limited to supervising 5-20 employees throughout the hotel, addressing complaints and resolving problems creatively using resources, training staff, creating a positive culture, following policies and procedures, and treats others with respect and consideration at all times. This position does require day, evening and weekend availability. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
