Job Title: Social Media Marketing Administrator

Reports To: Executive Director
SUMMARY: This shall be a regular part-time, non-exempt position. A professional staff position and shall have the job title of Social Media and Data Administrator. The Social Media and Data Administrator is an employee of the Association and will report to the Executive Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, others may be assigned.
Have a full understanding of Association marketing needs.
Compose, manage and administer weekly Constant Contact emails marketing all programs and events.
Compose and plan association newsletter.
Maintain facebook, twitter and other social media accounts.
Prepare exhibit details for trade shows, counter days and ensure signage and other materials for booths are prepared.
Research and implement ways for Association Marketing to be self-sustainable without tapping into other budget resources.
Research, plan and negotiate advertising with outside resources to fall within the Marketing Budget.
Develop a rapport with National to keep the lines of communication open.
Assist the Executive Director as needed.
Answer phones and transfer accordingly.
Take class and event registrations over the phone.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES There are no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must have five (2) years of proven experience in the social media and data base management field and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
