IDbyDNA is seeking a Marketing Brand Manager to identify and expand company brand awareness as well as assess industry business trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities for business growth.
Relationship Building – Work with and across formal and informal professional and social networks to build long-term partnerships and connections in the Biotechnology industry.

Work with internal and external subject matter experts to co-develop compelling digital and print marketing collateral for the sales team and partners
Create and manage print and digital marketing assets and training tools, which includes brochures, flyers, sell sheets, data sheets, product briefs, case studies, white papers and videos
Plan, organize, contribute to content development, collaborate with KOLs and execute on digital and live laboratory and/or physician-targeted medical education events
Plan, organize, co-develop content for all tradeshows and related conference events, including booth marketing, branding, graphics, collateral and giveaways
Develop external relationships with key trade organizations related to branding of each business unit.
Own a detailed understanding of competitive landscape and continually re-assess competitive hypotheses as well as provide competitive intelligence on competing products and services.
Define and champion brand strategy within organization and secure needed resources.
Contribute to, and execute upon, worldwide marketing plans, including market assessment, prioritization and development, etc.
Effectively partner and collaborate with key members of the management team to ensure appropriate inputs into marketing strategy.
Co-develop product messaging to be used across all media and customer engagement channels.
Help to manage web presence and social media campaigns.
Analyze and interpret marketing data, both quantitative and qualitative, using website analytic tools.
Lead and manage marketing database, social media and advertising campaigns.
Create marketing best practices, maintain marketing campaigns, and create drip and nurture programs.
Analyze data and provide recommendations for marketing effectiveness.
Contribute to the growth by contributing to the overall strategy of the company.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in worldwide strategic marketing in Biotech / Medical Device / Pharmaceuticals industry
Strategic agility and action oriented with the ability to drive results
Demonstrated strategic thinking and implementation skills; proven analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable plans; demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing and product/service strategies by converting them into tactical marketing plans; execute and deliver results
Strong proficiency with standard IT applications, such as Powerpoint, Excel, PhotoShop, WordPress, MS Office, Saleforce.com, etc.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, written and oral, for a variety of audiences.
Highly organized in planning and time management, with the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel as needed (up to 40%)
San Francisco (through Jan. 2020) and San Carlos, CA (Feb 2020 and after)
