The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing a sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue potential and efficiently serve the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for increasing market penetration of all media solutions. Success will come to those that have a strong desire!

No travel out of the Indianapolis metro area is required to perform the duties of the day to day part of the job.

Responsibilities

· Prospect and develop new business via phone prospecting, face-to-face cold calling, and networking

· Service and renew existing accounts

· Identify key decision makers in our area and be able to develop print and digital marketing programs

· Meet sales goals

· Keep abreast of marketing, business and industry trends

Qualifications

· Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills

· Well-developed technological skills (PC, Internet, MS Office, CRM, Mobile)

· Ability to manage deadlines and to operate with a sense of urgency

· Understanding of digital media platforms a plus

· Must be results oriented and have a record of success working in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment

· High School diploma a must, a college degree is a plus.

· Experience in sales preferred, but not required

· Strong analytical skills

· Positive attitude, a natural sense of curiosity and being fearless will definitely help with succeeding in this job.
