Job Title: Kitchen Attendant
Reports to: F&B Director
Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting in all aspects of food and beverage production, including following recipes, short order assembly and properly managing a food service station on the hotline or pantry. Always maintains a clean work environment, has the ability to multi-task, and follows company safety guidelines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, and crouch; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Essential Job Functions:
- Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous and friendly service to all members, guests and employees.
- Ensures that all safety, sanitation, and other standards are consistently met.
- Helps in assisting in activities for the dining operations.
- May coordinate with the Chef in the planning of menus and events.
- Continually works to ensure correct handling procedures to minimize breakage and waste.
- Reviews all BEO’s with Sous Chef at beginning of each shift.
- Any other duties related to the operation of the food/beverage department as deemed appropriate by the Executive Chef.
- Must be able to follow a prep list, and be able to complete all applicable HACCP documents.
- Must be able to follow recipes, and produce food in accordance with company guidelines
- Must be able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to operate and clean all kitchen equipment in a safe manner.
- Must become proficient in the operation of all production areas in the kitchen, and work all stations as designated by the Executive Chef.
