EXPERT Lead Generator/Appointment Setter

  • Your role will be to call leads of business owners to see if the owner wants to truly exit the business. ($500K-$5M Revenue—these are small businesses). Your job will be to further qualify--prepare them for a serious appointment with a senior analyst of IAG. This is a work from home position

There is large segment (mostly Baby Boomers) who must (sell) their business to retire.

IAG is the leading Mergers and Acquisition firm for small businesses in North America. We are an intermediary that works with pre-qualified buyers and committed sellers of all type of businesses. We are a buyer’s firm too, not brokers. We have buyers, now we want to qualify sellers.

You must be a good questioner and listener to qualify as well as explain, clarify and nurture the communication to the point for a decision-making, face to face meeting with an analyst. You need to be clear, warm, but firm.

You will be trained via conference calls and a webinar from your home office. This is a 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor position. You manage yourself, the analyst’s schedule, generating his/her leads, appointments, call backs, written communication and logistics. The analyst does not speak with a potential client until he or she shows up for the 2 hour meeting. You are paid well so long as the analyst closes the sale, which involves documentation and sales fees. If you can "properly set up” appointments you will be very successful. You are paid when the Analyst gets all the paperwork in to Corporate and it is processed and once he is paid, you will be paid. This is usually only a 5 day period. You do not have to wait until the business sells to be paid! To be successful, you need to work at least a 5 hour minimum day M-Thurs.

Average commission to you per sale is approximate $500-$1000. (Again, sales are predicated on a Senior Analyst closing the sale.)The analyst can close 4-7 out of 10 or better if the appointments are set up correctly. Working closely with an Analyst, assuming you do the job, you can expect a nice living from home. Some analysts see 5-6+ per week. Close rates can be very high with certain analysts-as high as 50-75%+. If the “right stage” is set.

You must have a mature phone presence, be organized,have a computer, email, knowledge of Word docs(Excel), Internet, hard telephone line or good cell service, a good head set and most of all good work ethic. Most importantly, you must be able to follow our simple techniques that work.

Training and of course scripts are provided.

We are very selective regarding this key position. This is not a typical appointment setting job. It is more like an executive assistant with the refined verbal and organizational skills that go with it.
