Job Description

You must be a good questioner and listener to qualify as well as explain, clarify and nurture the communication to the point for decision-making, face-to-face meeting with an analyst.

This is an hourly wage position plus great commissions. The pay is 13.00 an hour + incredible commissions based on performance, experience, and setting good appointments that the M&A Advisors can sell. There is no cap on how many bonuses one can earn in a month. The estimated potential income can be up to $2,000 per week. You manage the analyst’s schedule, appointments, callbacks, lead system interface, written communication, and logistics. You are paid your hourly wage every 2 weeks and when the Analyst starts the process, gets all the paperwork into Corporate and it is processed once he is paid, you will be paid your commissions. This is usually only a 5 - 7 day period. You do not have to wait until the business sells to be paid! This is a 40-hour work week and after 90 days you are eligible for medical and vacation benefits. You will be working from our Addison Texas office Monday-Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm and Friday's 8 am until noon.

The average commission is approximately $500-$1000 per appointment which turns into a sale. (Again, the commission is predicated on a Senior Analyst starting the process.)

You must have a mature phone presence, be organized, have knowledge of Word docs, and be able to learn our CRM.
