IK Hofmann USA is now hiring Customer Service Representatives to work for a Office Supply Company in Chattanooga.
Job Brief: The Customer Service Representative’s (CSR) primary roll will be to act as a problem solver. In this capacity the CSR will help solve the problems of both the Customer and the Company by striving to arrive at a solution to any and all situations that are simultaneously in the best interest of the Customer and the Company. This position will accomplish their assigned goals by ensuring the Customer has the most satisfactory buying experience possible, while at the same time, ensuring that this is done in a manner and in a fashion that ensures all Company objectives are met.
Responsibilities: Responsible for meeting and exceeding all expectations of the Customer. Responsible for assisting Customers to place orders, obtain credits and ensuring product delivery and pickup. Responsible for building and strengthening relationships of trust with all company customers. Responsible for taking the extra time to get to know the Customer and going the extra mile to serve the Customer. Responsible for handling Customer concerns and / or complaints in a prompt and professional manner and when necessary, ascertain who might better be able to assist the Customer and ensure that that individual is engaged. Responsible for helping identify previously unknown or undisclosed opportunities to provide additional products and / or service to the Customer. Responsible for assisting E-Commerce with various type of account maintenance. Responsible for assisting with new customer input into our enterprise software and our E-Commerce platforms. Complete all assigned tasks in the time frame given. Speed is of the essence, but accuracy is paramount. Other tasks as shall, from time to time, be assigned.
Competencies: Excellent organization and planning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and politely over the telephone. Strong Customer focus and a heart for service. Strong attention to detail with great concern for accuracy. Possess good analysis and problem solving skills.
