Job Description

I Supply Company is accepting applications for an experienced Outside Sales professional.


  • Strive to achieve specific sales goals
  • Acts as liaison between company and customers, making presentations and sales of disposable products, cleaning chemicals and ancillary cleaning items to both new and existing end users within a defined territory.
  • Collaborate and build short and long term strategic plans to achieve sales goals within multiple end user markets.
  • Achieve assigned quarterly growth goals in dollar sales, gross profit and new account increases.
  • Establish a fact-based growth planning & structured reporting system.
  • Document sales records, proper analysis of sales trends and report competitive activity within assigned territory.
  • Offer SWOT analysis as requested.
  • Strategic & tactical plan development that is Segment/Category Vendor/Brand specific.
  • Call on existing customers to determine customer needs, provide contact and secure reorder
  • Prospect potential customers, developing customer product knowledge and determining needs
  • Provide customers with price quotes and refer pricing exceptions below established guidelines for approval as required
  • Prepare sales presentations for company's product lines
  • Assist in the qualification of potential customers including credit approval and sales potential
  • Assist in the resolution of customer service complaints, credit and delivery problems
  • Enter and transmit orders via a lap-top computer for office processing
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to Company's product lines
  • Share information with other Company representatives to enhance profitability
  • Attend training meetings to enhance product knowledge, presentation skills and direct selling techniques
  • Maintain intonation sheets on all customers
  • Attend regional trade shows, interface with customers as well as prospective customers and vendors
  • Travel throughout all of the company's territory as may be directed from time to time to conduct company business
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Degree Preferred; not required.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
  • Must have personally owned vehicle, clean Motor Vehicle Record, and required insurance coverage
  • 2-5 Years Outside Sales Experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow up with customers
