Job Description

Growing Design-Build firm specializing in Casino, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and Retail industries, looking for a full-time Project Architect to join our team.

This job requires relocation to Olympia, WA.

We offer relocation assistance to the right candidate.

Position includes the ability to work with a team of people who are creating extraordinary customer environments using innovative methods that help to change unnecessarily long construction timeframes.

We offer excellent benefits, opportunities for promotion, and bonuses for outstanding performance.

Starting wage $150,000 - $165,000 with the possibility to earn significant bonuses beyond this based on performance (We hope you do!)

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with in-house Architectural team to create Architectural Construction Documents in Revit for Casino, Hospitality, and Food & Beverage projects.
Revit drafting of construction details, sections, floor plans, ceiling plans, schedules, etc. as required for Architectural Construction Documents.

COMPETENCIES

Minimum 3 years experience creating Construction Documents using Revit
Strong knowledge of Architectural Construction Documents process
Software Requirements: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Portfolio of previous work
