Logistics Planning Specialist

Summary:

The Logistics Planning team's specialist role has develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met. This role include reviewing and distributing the operation team & customer demand.

-Review and analyze data, such as operation team & customer schedule, work orders, or materials requirements or material priorities.

-Container yard system management, such as yard locating system manage (layout), yard CAPA.

-Container unloading, and transloading manage : Detention control

-Month end closing, such as bill to customer and accept the supplier invoice.

-HMMA Billing : Analyze sub-contractor work hours, equipment maintenance invoice.

-KAC invoice : Analyze KAC monthly invoice (work hours and other cost)

-ICC yard invoice

-Support inventory team as need.

-Support on no ASN/Shipping mark Air Freight and containers

-Support Inventory audits

-Understand risks and issue and report quickly and effectively to upper management.

-Performs other duties as assigned, such as recycling, ICC operation.

-Export reusable tote to GLOVIS Korea.

-Working Hours : 8am to 5pm (Possible to do overtime)

-Experience : 1 year + (Automotive industry)
