10660 - Sr. Manager, Infra QA, Testing Automation and SRE
PURPOSE
This position is responsible for the Infra QA, Testing Automation and SRE functions to develop, deploy and maintain the best of breed Infrastructure QA/Testing Automation and SRE process and tool. This position will coordinate across Infrastructure, HQ teams and other HAEA teams to organize and align resources for successful implementation. This position will report progress to the Director of IT Infrastructure as well as key customers (HMA, KUS, HCA). This position plays an important role working with the Infra Operations Principal who is accountable for day-to-day operations and Infra Service Delivery Principal who defines technology standards and monitors compliance to make sure that the appropriate enhancements are put in place in the near and mid term (6-18 months) maintain stable and secure operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The main responsibilities of this position are to:
- Manage and develop matrix team members completing complex and strategic quality control projects from testing automation including but not limited to systems integration, load performance, SRE.
- Responsible for all aspects of managing testing automation of the highly complex Infrastructure programs.
- Responsible for creating testing automation related stored procedures and other documents.
- Plan and prepare test automation and SRE strategy and plans based on project timelines.
- Lead and work with the engineers, architects and SME (Subject Matter Expert)s to create meaningful test data.
- Lead and work with the engineers and architects to set up the test environment.
- Lead and prepare test cases and test scripts and traceability between requirements to test cases/scripts from automation and SRE perspectives.
- Lead and create a process for sharing defects with the engineers, architects and Subject Matter Experts.
- Lead and execute overall automation of test cases/scripts and analyze results using statistical quality control tools.
- Coordinate with the testers and engineers, architects resolving the testing defects.
- Lead causal analysis of defects using statistical techniques.
- Lead preparation of test summary report/validation report.
- Lead cross-functional corporate initiatives that support testing automation and quality assurance processes.
- Act as a liaison for other operational departments to research and resolve issues related to testing automation and/or quality assurance
- Identify and/or implement cost savings opportunities throughout the testing cycles
- Assist with the creation and definition of key performance indicators relevant to testing automation and SRE
- Contribute to the strategic plan through innovative ideas on how to improve Infrastructure support processes while reducing costs.
- Must have proven experience with team building and leading a team- mentor, guide and lead TFT team members in the execution of TFT objectives

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or higher. Master's preferred
- Minimum 17+ years experience in Information Technology (IT) industry with at least 12+ years of Testing and Quality Assurance functions.
- Leadership experience in a complex, multi-cultural, matrix management organization.
- Familiarity with testing automation and SRE principles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Robust analytical capabilities.
- Technical project management experience.
- Experience with ITIL framework.
- Experience with SOX/SOC 2 Type II/ISO 27001&2/HITRUST/NIST or similar framework, Windows, Linux, Unix, VMWare. Storage (HP, Dell/EMC).
- Experience with Networking (Cisco).
CERTIFICATIONS
- Certificate in Testing and/or Quality Assurance required. 6 Sigma Green Belt and ISTQB Foundation Level required. 6 Sigma Black Belt and ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager) preferred.
