This includes weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual analysis of key performance measurements as defined by Hydrite's leadership team. This includes data documentation, analysis and follow up required for key account management.As Senior Financial Analyst, primary responsibilities include: Coordination and execution of 3 months forecasting and annual budgeting process with business unit.

Capability to identify trends, changing customer demand to help with better resource allocation and prevent obsolete inventory. Prepare various monthly analysis including price/volume/mix, monthly bridge schedule by business unit. Identify root causes and provide meaningful insight to senior...

leadership. Review price elasticity data and work closely with business managers to institute pricing changes deemed appropriate. Identify pricing opportunities to enhance margin.

Assists in developing pricing strategies. Evaluation of new customer contracts, incremental business opportunities, customer equipment programs, rebate programs and existing business for profitability. Support sales/marketing with analysis aimed at customer retention, pricing, business at risk, new business and business lost impacts.

Support leadership meeting agendas including presentation material, analyses. Be up to date with major operations, technical and continuous improvement initiatives Perform capital investment analysis (ROI) for project justification. Gain in depth knowledge and understanding of product portfolio and various customer application.

Support ad-hoc financial projects with analysis and reporting.REPORTING STRUCTURE This position reports to the Commercial ControllerEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL CRITERIA Bachelor's degree in Accounting with Business & Finance curriculum 3+ years of applicable experience, preferably in a commercial orientated analyst role Licenses/Certificates: Knowledge of GAAP. CPA or similar preferred Technology/Equipment: Proficient in the use of personal computers, financial systems and spreadsheet applications. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required.

Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tool is preferred Soft Skills/Competencies: Good presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to prepare and deliver presentations to all levels.
