The Restaurant Floor/Operations Manager is responsible for daily shift leadership and oversight of Cindy’s during peak summer months and Land & Sea Department at CAA outlets (primarily Drawing Room and Game Room) during peak winter months. This position will work with both teams throughout the year, supporting the restaurant most in demand each month. Responsible for the overall guest satisfaction of all guests, including meal service, bar patrons and special event attendees. Daily shift oversight includes all Servers, Bussers, Food Runners, Hosts/Hostesses, Bartenders and Barbacks.
Maintain daily operations by enforcing and ensuring compliance with policies and standard operating procedures of each outlet; enforcing and guiding production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards; assist in determining and implementing system improvements when needed
Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring guest interactions and building relationships with guests
Assist with training and development of all restaurant team members
Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems
Assist other restaurant and recreation outlets with day-to-day operational support and leadership as needed.
Must have one year of experience in Food and Beverage Management, preferably in a high volume restaurant or lounge
Basset certification and Food Handlers certifications required
Must be able to move throughout restaurant and bar area and lift 25 pounds
