Responsible for hotel's Executive Office and for assisting General Manager and Resort Manager with analyzing data, writing reports and developing strategic plans. Also responsible for handling customer satisfaction inquiries, related correspondence and communication. This person must maintain calendars/meetings schedules and travel plans for supervisor. Organizational skills, computer proficiency, and communication skills are a must.
* Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills,
* Ability to interpret statistical reports (profit and loss, income statements, customer satisfaction data and other hotel-related reports)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including the ability to write complex documents
