As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for retaining in-depth knowledge of our clients’ products. You will efficiently attend to consumer inquiries and introduce products and services while operating within Quality Assurance Guidelines. In this paid position, you are additionally responsible for executing sales for new and existing customers if necessary. We are known for its top-tier Customer Service, and this calls for warm, kind, and clear
communication with our clientele.
We are looking for:
