The Construction Services Manager will lead a team of engineers and technicians conducting construction inspection and testing services for projects.

Construction Services Manager Responsibilities:

Manages a team of engineers and technicians conducting construction inspection and testing services, and oil and gas projects.
Manages reporting of construction quality control activities on construction projects.
Trains and supervises technicians and inspectors.
Manages the maintenance of the quality reviews and certifications.
Manages equipment inventory and calibration.
Read and interpret blue prints.
Manages client marketing and proposal preparation in conjunction with internal partners.
Performs various inspections and tests for public and private sector clients. Monitors and enforces quality standards and specifications to support the client.
Assists in coordination of field personnel, preparation of test reports and performing specialty tests and services for public and private sector clients.

Construction Services Manager Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or similar experience.
Must have a Professional Engineering (PE) certification.
7-10 years of experience managing construction projects. (i.e. DOH, local agencies, etc.)
ACI Grade I, DOT Asphalt Tech, NICET Level II Soils, ICC Special inspections and/or CWI/NDT inspectors, preferred.
Auto CAD experience is a plus but not required.
Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record.
Significant experience with concrete, asphalt, earthwork, and utility construction engineering services and testing.
Significant experience with field and laboratory testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, masonry, structural steel and fireproofing, etc.
