Change Project Manager
Creve Coeur, MO
Pay rate $32-34/hour
Change Project Manager will review incoming requests for initiation of product-related change projects and identify missing information.
Change Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Review incoming requests for initiation of product-related change projects and identify missing information
- Approach and align with relevant stakeholders to obtain any missing information to enable progress in of the change projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enable dialogue and key actions to find mitigation measures when needed
- Continuously monitor and drive the change process
- Lead stakeholders to plan and align tasks in implementation and ensure proper execution
- Maintain relevant information in databases and IT platforms
- Support global communication strategy
Change Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Basic master data and SAP knowledge is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities in parallel, learn fast, to understand and handle complexity
- Analytical mindset to translate regulatory information into supply chain implementation
- Highly motivated with good project management skills as well as results driven and able to deal with ambiguity
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to work and build relationships in a multi-functional and multi-cultural network environment as well as ability to work independently
- Excellent PowerPoint slide creation, verbal, written and presentation skills in English
