Customer Service Representative

Wilmington, DE

Pay Rate- $20.00

First shift M-F

 

Customer Service Representative will respond to customer issues, interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution in a prompt and courteous manner.

 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: 

·         Handle customers’ requests received by phone or e-mail (this is a computer based role)

·         Processing customer quotation and order requests; - stock identification

·         Building and maintaining customer relationships

·         Administrative tasks including:

o   Filing

o   Report running

o   Translating of business and finance documents

o   data handling

 

Customer Service Representative Requirements: 

·         SAP, Excel, Outlook email, MS Sharepoint

·         Previous experience in customer service

·         Previous experience in logistics (air express, airfreight or sea freight)
