Rapidly expanding multidisciplinary Health Clinic is seeking a full-time Receptionist / Assistant with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. We are looking for a team member who is detail oriented and shows initiative in the work environment. Duties include answering calls, data entry into their accounting software (QuickBooks) and assisting with general office administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have some Medical Office Assistant experience, including light bookkeeping but, more importantly, you are and efficient, personable Receptionist who is comfortable working with both numbers and people! Training on the accounting reporting functions will be provided by the Accountant.
This is a really nice place to work, with a great, supportive team! Good location too - Cambie / Broadway area. The position starts as soon as possible and pays $21/hour to start.
