Job Description

We are seeking a Director Of Operations to become an integral part of our growing team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and improve operational practices
Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
Provide daily operations oversight for future outside teams
Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations and working with our Training Developer
Work with our Technical director of sourcing and securing parts orders for games, attractions, kitchen, etc.
Ability to prioritize tasks in all areas and display to managers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in operations, preferably FEC operations or other related fields
Strong project management skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to manage and lead people of various backgrounds, ages, personalities, and in all departments
Construction and/or project coordination
