Job Description

We are accepting resumes for an Assistant General Manager to be an integral part of our team. The AGM is next in line for a GM position and plays an important role to day to day operations. You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations including but not exclusive to: staff scheduling, store opening and/or closing, inventory, etc. Willing to work weekends, night, and some holidays. Responsibilities:

  • Manage, adhere, and improve on our detailed operational practices
  • Allocate team personnel as needed during shifts
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
  • Provide daily operations Open & Closing store as MOD
  • Maintain formal policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in either/all arcade game, bowling, family entertainment center, movie theater operations, guest service, restaurant industry, or other related experience such as hotel management
  • Technical and Detail Oriented management skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional leadership qualities
  • Special way of getting along with others, staff, management, and of course guests
