This position gets groomed to be the Assistant General Manager. You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations, store opening and/or closing, staff supervision. Responsibilities:

• Manage, adhere to, and improve on our detailed operational practices
• Allocate team personnel as needed during shifts
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Provide daily operations Open & Closing store as MOD
• Maintain formal policies and procedures
• Work weekends, holidays. We work when other people play, and we play when others work!

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in either/all arcade game, bowling, family entertainment center, or movie theater operations or other directly related experience helpful
• Technical and Detail Oriented management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Special way of getting along with others, both teammates and customers
