$16.00 - $19.00 an hr
Work Environment: In office
This position works independently with minimal supervision to complete the outlined job responsibilities. This position requires creativity and expert problem solving skills to complete the responsibilities as assigned. Strong attention to detail , Self-motivated and multi-tasking traits.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about services
- Resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services and guidelines
Use various computer applications, such as database management and word processing.
Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced environment
Communicate with agency partners to seek referrals and contracts

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Preferred experience in healthcare servicing individuals with disabilities, or outreach programs.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Call center experience or office setting
