The Talent Acquisition Manager evaluates organizational needs and is the first level of support and inspiration for recruiters. The Manager maintains high standards for quality, actively coaching the recruiting team on bringing quick resolution to a variety of situations, while creating a positive work environment.
+ Lead, manage, and develop a team of people who are responsible for full cycle recruitment
+ Collaborate and consult with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure synergies exist to hire the right talent based on business needs
+ Enforce Talent Acquisition process to ensure commitments are being met in a timely manner
+ Develop metrics and goals for the team
+ Develop and maintain both internal and external relationships that serve as resources to the Talent Acquisition team
+ Decision making related to resources and recruitment strategy
+ Identify and lead opportunities to make changes to improve recruitment strategy
+ Conduct area meetings and maintains frequent contact with TA leadership team
+ Develop and execute recruitment strategies which increase efficiency, cost effectiveness and quality of hire
+ Support and ensure excellence in the practice and use of recruitment systems, processes and analytics
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
+ Prior full-cycle recruiting experience
+ Experience in working with various recruiting platforms, such as IVR, video and Applicant Tracking Systems
+ High level of political savviness
+ Strong project management skills
+ Strong communication and consultative skills
+ Strong decision making, leadership and/or motivational skills with the ability to coach, evaluate, train and provide constructive feedback to staff
+ People leadership experience is strongly preferred
+ Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
+ Prior experience analyzing data and metrics to implement change in departmental processes
+ You will have 6+ direct reports, and you will report to a Talent Acquisition Associate Director. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer.
+ This position requires 10% travel, and can be work-at-home/remote or agile in Louisville.
