The Senior Talent Management Professional develops, implements, and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs in a combination of disciplines such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning. The Senior Talent Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The STM will have primary responsibilities in select markets to grow, develop and retain high performing sales associates and leaders. Collaboration with market leaders will be essential to being successful in this role. This will include coaching, feedback, and strategic business development initiatives throughout the year.
+ Prior work experience with design train and learning modules or materials to increase sales performance.
+ Computer proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel.
+ Solid understanding of taxonomy of learning outcomes related to the domains of learning. (Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor)
+ Excellent communication skills including adult learning theories.
+ Bachelor's degree or a Graduate degree.
+ Sales experience and demonstrated performance improvement methods/skills
+ Technical expertise in authoring tools and multiple instructional design platforms (i.e.; Sharepoint, Camtasia, Articulate, Illustrator, Indesign and Cornerstone)
+ Knowledge of Humana's internal policies, procedures and systems
+ Understands one self and effectively manages how ones actions affect others
This role requires travel 40% of the time.

Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
