The Sales Support Representative 3 is a certified Pharmacy Technician that provides timely and effective administrative sales support to assist with the acquisition or retention of Specialty Pharmacy customers. The Sales Support Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.
The Sales Support Representative promotes Humana Specialty Pharmacy by supporting Field SalesReps and the provider offices in their territories. This position focuses on increasing orders to Humana Specialty Pharmacy, resulting in increased prescriptions and revenues. Responsibilities include:
+ Building and maintaining relationships with the medical staff of physician offices over the phone, to increase market share.
+ Providing staff with education and information on options for patient use of Specialty Pharmacy medications.
+ Resolving inquiries received by physician offices such as: researching patient copay assistance, expediting prescription processing, resolving delayed orders, prior authorizations etc.

+ High School Diploma
+ National Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB)
+ 1 - 3 years of pharmacy related, customer interface experience or related field
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook & Excel
+ Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test
+ Associates or Bachelor's Degree.
+ Call center or telephonic support experience.
