Humana is seeking Inbound Call Center Representatives in Springdale, OH to join their team! The Inbound Contacts Representative represents the company by addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries. The Inbound Contacts Representative 1 performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Address customer needs regarding complex benefit questions

· Resolve issues and educate members

• Perform basic administrative/clerical and customer service tasks

• Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances

• Meet expectations and quality standards

• Use attention to detail to ensure accuracy

• Work closely under supervision within established guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ yr of inbound call center experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills
  • Capacity to multi-task, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills
  • Must be comfortable to work any shift between 8:00 am - 8:00pm Monday - Saturday
  • This position does require working every Saturday; with a consistent day off through the week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Healthcare experience
  • Fluency in Spanish
