The Associate Director, Contract Tools, Education, Processes builds templates, standard documentation, policy and protocol, case studies, and disseminating best in class knowledge. The Associate Director, Contract Tools, Education, Processes requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).
The Associate Director, Contract Tools, Education and Process for Network Language Resource Group is responsible for analyzing and improving current provider contracting templates, processes and standardization. The Associate Director manages a team of associates who provide internal support to provider network contracting associates, leaders, and provider service operations to ensure provider contract terms meet Humana's strategic business needs and are operational within Humana's systems.

+ Manages the modernization of provider contract template(s).
+ Assists markets with meeting strategic goals by ensuring standard language meets their needs.
+ Analyze reimbursement methodologies and rates compared to peers and other contracted providers while providing strategic direction to market management for potential implementation.
+ Ability to manage and bring highly visible projects to closure.
+ Ensure Humana provider contracting migrates to standardization to ensure state and federal compliance and Humana business goals can be implemented.
+ Supports PPS with operational improvement initiatives and oversight.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration and/or related field
+ 6 or more years of strong technical experience related to provider template negotiation
+ Experience leading and managing a team
+ Possesses a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s)
+ Experience identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s)
+ Clear oral and written communication skills
+ Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment and can lead a team
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
+ Master's degree in Business and/or related field
+ Healthcare, managed care experience
+ Experience with data extraction and analysis technologies
+ Experience with reporting and creating metrics for management
Will manage a team of 3-5 direct reports.
