Job Description

The Sales Operations Business Analyst supports the Commercial business team by creating and analyzing insights from internal and external sources of data. The Business Analyst helps drive strategic and effective business decisions through creating data analysis, internal reports, presentations, data models, statistical analysis, and works with shareholders in providing them with trends and insights that aid business decisions.

  • Leader of internal reporting and data systems in order to provide rich insights and reports to business teams
  • Possess strong analytical and technical writing skills for various business artifacts such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Maps, Work Flow Diagrams, Quality Assurance Plan, Design Specifications
  • Lead large, complex projects from conception, to design, through testing, implementation, and ongoing support
  • BS/BA or Higher in technology or quantitative/statistical field (data management)
  • 2-5 Years of professional experience as Business Analyst
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences industry and experience working with field sales teams a plus
  • Advanced Excel  
  • Salesforce or Veeva CRM experience
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Qliksense or Tableau
