Job Description

The Sales Support Associate plays a crucial role in helping our company grow by improving the sales process and productivity. This role supports the sales team and sales process from incoming leads to contract signage.

Essential Job Functions
  • Partners with the sales team to assist with the coordination and fulfillment of sales opportunities
  • Partners with the account and project management teams to assist with the coordination and fulfillment of internal sales opportunities.
  • Partners with the deliverable team to onboard new clients and finalize contracts
  • Coordinates new sales opportunities with pricing, proposal and presentation development.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, (creating client folders, organizing leads, etc.)
  • Maintains a deep understanding of Human Element's services, platform, and pricing modules
  • Manage CRM as an administrator, under the purview of the Director of Sales
  • Serve as a point of contact for the sales team for internal inquires and escalations as needed
  • Support the sales process and act as an advocate for the sales team
  • Track opportunities and move through the sales process (end to end)
  • Identify any bottlenecks in the sales process
  • Participates in the weekly report on current standing of opportunities in the sales process
  • Assist in the execution of internal deliverables

  • Bachelor's degree in sales or related field
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in sales support role or related experience
  • Experience in the eCommerce industry with B2B sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proofreading skills to be able to edit and format proposals and presentations
  • Excellent presentation and customer facing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc) and CRM systems
  • Comfortable with and able to pick up new technology / software
  • Understanding of marketing practices
  • Self-starter with efficient time management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Works efficiently independently as well as in a team environment
  • Comfortable and efficient in a remote work environment
