We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Manager for a full time multi-year opportunity based in Norwood, MA to work with our client. This person will work closely with the recruiters, client and account managers onshore and offshore.
Key Skills: Recruitment, Payroll management, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities for this position include:
Ability to handle operations in US, Poland and India by coordinating daily task items with each location.
Recruitment coordination with onsite and offsite recruiters.
Prepare and submit payroll every two weeks for US, Poland and India.
Handle payroll for Poland working with the Polish accountant
Onboard and offboard resources onshore and offshore
Be the main point of contact for all employees and contractors and help resolve their questions in an orderly way
Interpret customer requests and take appropriate action to produce high levels of customer satisfaction that are balanced with business needs.
Able to perform, manage, and create complex daily support processes.
Primary contact and escalation point for critical operational issues for all client issues.
Receive, triage, and resolve (or escalate) customer issues, and follow up.
Defining and managing multiple priorities.
Assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews and audits.
Set up appointments for interview of candidates and for client status calls.
Qualifications for this position include:
Minimum 3+ years in a Operations Role
Background and understanding of onboarding, offboarding, recruitment.
Knowledge of beeline is a plus
Should be able to pass credit and background check
Strong analytical orientation
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills as well as verbal, verbal and presentation skills
Self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly responsible
