Reports to: Chief Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance Officer

Job Description

Quality assurance assistant ensures that services meet certain standards of quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in creating Power BI reports to be reviewed by Chief Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance Officer and Management Team
  • Be proficient in using CYBER, Power BI, Excel, Access, Word, Survey Monkey and Power Point
  • Prepare Power BI reports for CQACCO and Management Team
  • Attend CFTs as scheduled by CQACCO, complete Wifi documentation, and compile reports to be analyzed by CQACCO and Management Team
  • Make Quality Assurance Calls to families to ensure services that are being billed for are happening in accordance with Medicaid regulations and to receive feedback about services rendered


Bachelors degree

Bilingual (Spanish or Arabic) preferred

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting or standing

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time

Must be willing to drive long distances when needed

Comfortable doing in-home visits
