Job Description

The remote sales professional is responsible for fueling company growth by meeting with families each week to help them identify and solve their financial problems and help them achieve their financial goals. This individual will help continue to build relationships with clients and develop new opportunities. This role plays an integral part in developing and maintaining the financial future of our clients.

 

This position will involve working with mentors to fill client needs through a wide pool of potential solutions for mortgage protection, retirement, college savings, debt elimination, prescriptions, even travel and dining. The Sales Professional will schedule appointments and meet with clients to determine the best solution for each client. Individuals who learn our proven sales system have to potential to earn $70,000-$153,000 their first year* while being able to achieve a true work/life balance. We offer world class training and a very generous bonus program (up to $12,500 in the first 90 days) to those who are willing to listen, work, and are willing to change their future.

We are also looking for individuals who want to help expand our company and develop leadership skills to be able to lead a team, and build passive income for life.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients and schedule appointments in a timely manner
  • Engage with applicants with overall corporate endeavors
  • Collaborate with senior Sales professionals to identify solutions for each client
  • Prepare and present options to clients
  • Monitor the submitting and approval process for each client to ensure professionalism throughout the workflow process
  • Source and attract clients using a lead system, personal network of contacts, social media, attend industry meetings, career fairs, etc.
  • Conduct business in accordance with the company’s core values at all times
