We're currently seeking Part Time Customer Service Reps. This position has 5 weeks of training from either 9:00am-5:30pm or 1:00pm-9:30pm 5 days a week.

As a Customer Service Rep, you will assist our Fans with various types of requests that require different levels of trouble shooting, all while providing World Class Service to both internal and external customers, while working toward a goal of one contact resolution
Our interactions are through inbound calls, emails or chats from customers throughout North America. At times you may be interacting with a customer via email and another customer via chat or 2 different customers in 2 different chats at the same time.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Top notch communication skills to deal with a variety of personalities
Basic computer skills
We prefer at least one year of recent, continuous employment, in a customer service capacity
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods and remain in a stationary position for more than 50% of the time, limited standing and walking throughout the day; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment, and heavy phone handling for up to 8 hours each day; must be able to talk on phone for long periods of time; exposed to office environment conditions with mid to high noise levels; may be required to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
