At Hotels at Home, we are passionate about curating unique product collections that represent the hotel brands that we partner with.  Our marketing team drives growth and revenue for Hotels at Home and its brands on core advertising platforms while aiming to provide our customers with an unforgettable, world-class experience.  From leveraging sophisticated data science models, to building requirements to further our marketing technology stack, we operate on the cutting edge of Mar-Tech.  In collaboration with creative teams, data science, Mar-Tech, and product development, the Marketing Associate will help own the strategy, product copy, and project roadmaps for our portfolio of products and brands.

What You'll Do

·         Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy and execution for one or more brands

·         Collaborate with key stakeholders including Creative, MarTech, Data Science, and Product Development to contribute to our continuous efforts to improve our customer experience and team outcomes

·         Work with our ad and marketing platforms to experiment and test new innovative ways to improve both customer and business outcomes

·         Perform analyses to uncover campaign performance and customer behavior insights

·         Cultivate relationships throughout Marketing and the broader Company to share insights, generate ideas, and collaborate on projects

·         Develop visual and written content for E-mail marketing, Search engine marketing, and eCommerce website product copy

·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

·         Marketing, Project Management, Merchandising, and/or Sourcing experience

·         Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

·         Proven ability to influence others, get buy-in from leadership, and communicate clearly

·         Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment

·         Copywriting experience is a plus

·         Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills

·         Ability to multi-task and work both collaboratively and independently
