The RESTAURANT/THEATER OPERATIONS Manager will directly support the Director of Operations to optimize theater level performance. This role will support the implementation of all theater level testing, rollouts, training, and other initiatives that affect the venue level operations. Additionally, there will be empirical measurement of the execution and quality of operations within the venues as well as the execution of selected and tactical initiatives.

• Supports the Director of Operations by taking on as many administrative and tactical tasks such as compiling and communicating theater-level KPI’s

• Supports the Director of Operations on all-new theater openings

• Monitor IT/Help Desk tickets, push them along to completion, and report outstanding issues to Director of Operations • Assist with off-site recruiting such as university visits or career fairs

• Lead and manage weekly calls in Director of Operations’ absence

• Monitor supply chains, and product availability to anticipate and correct issues

• Assist with conducting monthly Operational Reviews

• Monitor the execution of the Manager in Training (MIT) program including scheduling and follow-up with MIT’s and General Managers

• Conduct training assessments to ensure learning programs and processes are in place and effective

• Protect the Company through proper communication and coaching regarding risk management, safety, security, asset protection, and food safety

. • Take lead in the implementation of new initiatives and programs

• Communicate and manage the roll-out of limited time offer/programming menus and seasonal menu changes

• Assist in the planning and execution of the Quarterly General Manager meetings

• Organize quarterly Culinary, Bar, and Training conference calls

• Travel to all theaters on a regular basis for multiple days and up to weeks at a time

• Must be able to travel for extended periods of time (up to one month)
