Now accepting applications for the position of Managing Partner/General Manager. This position is ultimately responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the property to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Other important aspects of this position include the ability to:

• Maximize revenues and motivate employees to ensure an optimal level of quality service and hospitality are provided to hotel guests

• Implement company programs and supervise the daily operations of the hotel to comply with company policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental regulations, and all other Federal, State, and local laws and regulations to limit liabilities

• Manage the financial success of the property

• Maintain a professional working relationship with all departments throughout the company

Required: College degree and a minimum of 5 years experience as General Manager/Managing Director or 8 + years in a Senior Management role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
