Hospitality Confidential is excited to present a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager role to join our client's award-winning hospitality team at their One-Michelin Starred dinner destination in Soho.

Marrying raw and refined ingredients, the restaurant offers an inventive menu of seasonally-driven dishes infused with global techniques and ingredients, with an emphasis on seafood and vegetable dishes. They are interested in a passionate, thoughtful, and inspiring seasoned individual to oversee staff and the guest experience.

Preferred Candidate Qualities/Experience:
  • 2+ years of assistant general manager or operations manager experience in a similar fine dining or chef-driven environment
  • A strong desire for knowledge along with a drive to set new standards in the profession.
  • Expert in steps of service.
  • A strong base of knowledge in spirits, wine, and culinary techniques/preparations.
  • Comfortable in interacting with high profile guests.
  • Previous upscale, high volume experience.
  • Previous experience with F&B in a hotel setting.
  • Fluent in restaurant profit and loss with proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience using Trinet for payroll and UniFocus for workforce management is a major plus!
